Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns, due to hygiene reasons. 

My order is faulty

On the unlikely occasion that your lashes are faulty, please accept our apologies and contact with a clear photo of the fault, as soon as possible. A solution is at the discrepancy of My Cult Lashes. 

We offer a 30 day refund/returns policy. Any issues reported outside of this time cannot be accepted. 

We cannot replace/refund lashes after they have been worn/cut. We will asses any reports of faulty lashes from photo evidence, if we believe they have been worn/cut we have the right to refuse a refund/replacement order. Once a resolution has been met for your order, we cannot offer further replacements/refunds- All faults with an order need to be reported at the same time, please report as soon as you receive your order. We can also not offer a refund, following the dispatch of replacement lashes. We also do not accept responsibility for damaged lashes upon their removal from the tray. Please see our FAQ section, for details of how to remove the lashes from the tray. 

Each lash is handmade, therefore there may be slight differences. Please note this prior to ordering. If the lashes you have received are drastically different, please send photo evidence to Minimal hair shedding may also occur, this is normal, however if excessive please report this to

If the details provided for your order are incorrect and your order has already been dispatched, please note we cannot offer a solution. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide the correct shipping details. However if your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact as soon as possible to change any incorrect details. 

Please report any missing orders within 30 days from your order. Any reports after this we are unable to replace/refund, we can only advise to contact Royal Mail.
