Do you offer MUA discount? 

Our products are priced with MUA discount already deducted. Our customers have the option to purchase our products without packaging (eyelash trays). This is the perfect option for working muas, who want to reduce their expenses/waste and keep their kit lightweight. This option is not just for muas, but any customer who would like to buy luxury lashes for less! 

 

Delivery-

CHRISTMAS DELIVERIES-

ROYAL MAIL WILL NOT BE DELIVERING 25TH-28TH. NORMAL DELIVERIES WILL RESUME THE 29TH DECEMBER. 

DUE TO THIS ORDERS MADE AFTER 23/12/21 9PM WILL NOT BE POSTED UNTIL 29/12/21. 

THE 21ST WOULD BE THE LAST DATE WE WOULD RECOMMEND TO ORDER FOR CHRISTMAS DELIVERY, HOWEVER WE CANNOT GUARANTEE A DELIVERY DATE WITH ROYAL MAIL AT THIS TIME OF YEAR. 

How long will my order take to arrive?

ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS

Orders made before 9pm are dispatched next working day.

Royal mail class first class orders made after 9pm will be dispatched within 2 working days. 

Royal mail first class is 1-2 day delivery, following dispatch.
However please note we are advising there may be delays in some areas up to 10 working days with Royal Mail, due to covid.
Please choose Royal Mail next day delivery if you require your order urgently. 
Royal Mail Next Day Delivery before 1pm
ORDERS MUST BE MADE BY 11AM TO BE DISPATCHED THAT DAY.
All orders made after this time will be dispatched the following day.
PLEASE NOTE: ROYAL MAIL DO NOT DELIVER AND ARE CLOSED ON SUNDAYS, ALL ORDERS MADE AFTER SATURDAY 11AM WILL NOT BE POSTED UNTIL MONDAY.

The information I have provided is not correct

Please contact mycultlashes@gmail.com as soon as possible. If you provide the correct information before dispatch, we will change your details and dispatch with the correct details. 

If your address is missing details (i.e. post/eircode or flat/house no) this may cause delays up to 15 working days (uk) and 20 working days (roi).

If you do not provide the correct information prior to receiving a dispatch email, there is nothing we can do. This is the case if your address is incorrect or you have failed to provide a full address and post/eircode. Our postage labels are automatically filled from the information provided by our customers, it is the customers responsibility to provide the correct details. We provide a review screen before payment, to allow customers to double check their information is correct. If you have provided incorrect/incomplete details and not informed us of this prior to dispatch, you will not be able to change your details or be eligible for a refund. We can only advise that you contact your local Royal Mail sorting office for futher help with the matter.

How do I remove the lashes from the tray?

As the lashes are handmade, they are delicate and need to be handled with care. We would recommend using a tweezer to lightly pick up the lash band from the outer corners. Once you have a firm grip of the lash band, start lifting up slowly and away from the tray until the whole lashes band is removed from tray. We do not accept responsibility for damage caused when lashes are removed from the tray. 

Can I apply mascara to the lashes?

My Cult Lashes strongly recommend not applying mascara to the lashes. The use of mascara will limit the amount of times the lashes can be reused. We would recommend applying mascara to your own lashes, prior to applying the lashes. 

Is lash glue provided with the lashes?

We do not provide lash glue, however we hope to offer this in the future.
